Counselling Service (VVCS) is seeking a highly experienced psychologist or
social worker to join the leadership team of the North Queensland region.
The Deputy Director role is responsible for the day to day management of a team
of clinicians providing counselling and case management services to Australian
veterans and their families. The successful candidate will have substantial
clinical and leadership skills and be able to demonstrate that they can work in
a collaborative and positive way to support the staff of the region in
delivering high quality mental health services.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration
Agency as a Psychologist or accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with
the Australian Association of Social Workers.
