We’re a team of psychologists based across Australia that help people get back to work. That’s all we do; we’ve been doing it for quite a while now and Job Service Providers around the country tell us we’re pretty good at it. Our mantra is: work can often be a tonic for people living with mental illness.
We’re currently expanding again and looking for three more Provisional Psychologists that share our passion in helping people get back to work, for our Perth operation.
Nationally we have a team of psychologists with ranging skills from provisional through to clinically endorsed. We appreciate the dedication, enthusiasm and life skills our provisional psychologists bring and we are seeking to extend this opportunity to others.
What we need
We’re looking for people that understand the influence good clinicians can have on the choices people make, particularly where motivation for change is low and where the stakes are often high. More specifically, we’re looking for people who have a vocational focus and can integrate this with clinical intervention skills to assist job seekers to move into employment.
We’re also looking for people who can develop strong stakeholder relations and who pride themselves on providing high levels of customer service.
You may have already had some exposure to the Job Services market. If you have and you enjoyed the ride, that’s a bonus. But if you’re not familiar with the sector, that’s ok too – we can teach you. What we can’t teach is drive – the drive to want to make a real difference to job seekers; the drive to achieve job outcomes; and the drive to work as part of a team.
