We are an Organisational Development consulting company that partners with organisations to provide commercial solutions in Psychometric Assessment, Leadership Development, Wellbeing and Career Development services that are founded in strong psychological research. Our purpose is to help our clients create great places to work and achieve successful business outcomes.

Our company was established in 2009 and has been growing steadily over the last 8 years, as has our brand and reputation in the market.  We now have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Auckland, with delivery capability in Brisbane and Perth.  As part of this growth, we have an opportunity for a Consultant with significant experience to join our teams based in Melbourne and Sydney.


The Role:

In this role, you will support a Principal Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting services in order to help build the PeopleScape brand to become the market leader in premium organisational psychological consulting. The role will include service delivery in key areas including:

  • Psychometric Assessments
  • Leadership Coaching
  • Leadership and Team Development Workshop Design and Facilitation
  • Wellbeing
  • Career Development
  • Organisational Development Consulting


The successful candidate will:

  • Have had significant experience working in the industry
  • Have had sound experience in the management of organisational projects and service delivery
  • Have a reasonable understanding of the recruitment and selection process
  • Be a very good facilitator of group workshops
  • Have some experience in the Wellbeing area and a passion to learn more about this
  • Possess counselling or highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy a balance between working in a team environment and working autonomously   


It is desirable, but not essential that the candidate has:

  • Be a registered psychologist
  • Have some coaching experience
  • Have experience in the provision of career development services
