focused business. The team of 4 plus
2 rotating Organisational Psychology placement students is highly motivated and self driven.
While this role is
a maternity leave backfill position and presents you with an opportunity
to continue leading the design and delivery of high quality programs and
interventions to meet the growing business demands, the potential for an ongoing opportunity may be possible. While operating autonomously, you will be
closely collaborating with the wider People team, and the local divisions, to
understand business needs, and implement custom programs. You will also
collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs and Communications team to
design and deliver programs that align with business strategic objectives.
Your background could be either in consulting or internal an
internal OD role but managing a team will be highly regarded.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the intake of the fourth cohort of the Signature
Leadership Program, while maintaining a high standard of delivery to the
Supporting the business, where required, to deliver
psychometric assessments for development and recruitment.
Continuing to rollout the High Performing Team Program to
meet the demand from the business.
Leading the design and delivery of customised Organisational
Development programs in response to business demand.
Leading the further development and rollout of the leadership
/ culture strategy, specifically the rollout of the Service Leadership
philosophy and Behavioural Competency framework.
You will preferably hold qualifications which will enable
you to supervise Organisational Psychology Placement students.
This role will commence in November 2018 to allow a comprehensive
handover to the preferred applicant.
