About the Role

Executive Assistant to the Regional Manager and Office Coordinator is a full time, ongoing position based in Deakin, ACT.

Reporting to the ACT & Southern NSW Regional Manager, Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator will provide executive assistance to the ACT & Southern NSW Regional Manager and oversee, maintain and supervise the reception and administration staff for Relationships Australia ACT & Southern NSW Region office. The role is also responsible for day-to-day running of the administrative component of the site, including outreach offices.

 To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

 Demonstrated experience in providing executive assistance to a senior manager.

·         Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people and work well in a team environment.

·         Demonstrated ability in leading, coordinating, training and supervising a team.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $76,956.36 to $81,997.24 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
