MP, would like to invite applications for the appointment of sessional psychologist members to the Forensic Leave Panel
The Panel is an independent tribunal established under
the Crimes (Mental Impairment and
Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997
to hear applications for on-ground and limited off-ground leave from
forensic patients and residents in mental health or residential services.

psychologist under the Health
Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 and have
experience in the fields of intellectual disability and forensic psychology.
Members are appointed for terms of up to four years by
the Governor in Council and are paid sitting fees as determined by the Governor
