The Head of Practice and Service Development (PSD) is responsible for developing, leading, and managing the Bouverie Centre's workforce development and implementation operations and supporting the delivery of PSD's objective to build family-inclusive capability across mental health and allied services.

The role involves high level leadership with Government and Industry partners, to craft meaningful family therapy and systemic training and implementation science projects across the national mental health sector.  

A highly collaborative Executive role that actively work across the Bouverie Centre's research, academic, and clinical programs.
