Registered Psychologist Position
At Veretis Psychology, we offer evidence-based therapy and counselling services such as CBT, IPT, ACT, Mindfulness, and DBT to help our clients overcome life's challenges. Our compassionate approach empowers our clients to tackle future obstacles with confidence. We offer both telehealth and face-to-face appointments to support our clients on their journey towards a happier and healthier life. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered psychologist or counsellor to join our team!
Prepare, review and deliver personalised psychological treatment and other related therapies to a diverse client base
Provide EAP, individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions
Case managed clients as per treatment plans
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Requirements for Position:
Relevant tertiary degree qualifications
AHPRA Psychologist Registration
A current Working With Children’s Check
A current National Criminal History Check
You have experience or are eager to practice short-term, solution-based therapy through employee support/EAP.
You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and well-being outcomes for the community.
Ability to deliver work to a set delivery date without fail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated with a wide range of individuals, organisations, and clients
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain positive relationships, networks and therapeutic relationships
Ability to attain all mandatory compliance checks, including the National Criminal History Check and Working With Children’s Check, if not already included
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in cognitive and educational assessment tools (preferable)
