About the Role

The Capability and Culture Consultant is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a contemporary, responsive and fit for purpose employee/leadership development programs.  The Consultant will also contribute as part of the Capability and Culture team in the delivery of other strategic projects and key deliverables. 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to design and deliver effective learning and development initiatives, build strong relationships, and drive positive cultural change. A relevant qualification—preferably in Organisational Psychology or similar —or substantial progress towards one is highly desirable.  If you’re passionate about making a real impact and driving  your career, then we would love to have  your creativity and drive on our team.
