As a member of our consultant team you will initially be delivering world-class facilitation and coaching, but the possibilities are endless.

Have you got what we need?

We are looking for a number of Consultants with varied levels of experience to join our growing team.  You may have been working professionally for a number of years (eg. 5 years or more) or you may have recently completed your university studies. 

We pride ourselves on being the best, and so will be looking for passion and a love of working with people.

Some essentials:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Psychology, or similar relevant qualification.

  • A love of travel. Regular travel is a core part of the role, and as a consultant you will travel regionally, nationally and possibly even internationally to deliver our services. This is a great opportunity to visit and explore diverse environments, including underground mines, busy export ports and the head offices of multi-national organisations.  The travel is weekly and does include occasional weekend travel/work.


Some ‘ideally may haves’:


  • Experience in treating/promoting psychological health in various clinical settings
  • Experience in organisational and leadership development;
  • Experience in education, training, facilitation of learning, or business consulting.
