Regional Lead - Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) - Full Time

Lead the implementation of ECEI services across multiple sites and regions within NSW, ACT & QLD.

EACH has been appointed as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) Partner in the Community (PITC). As an Early Childhood Partner, EACH is the first point of contact for parents and carers who have a child 0 - 6 with developmental delay or disability, and will work with families to ensure they have access to appropriate supports quickly and easily.

EACH has a history of providing quality services for children with disabilities and developmental delays and delivering the ECEI Service in Ipswich, Queensland and across the ACT. We are now looking forward to working with families and communities in South-West Sydney and Southern New South Wales in partnership with NDIA.

About the Roles:

Leads the establishment of our new teams in South West Sydney or Southern NSW. Reporting to the Operations Manager, these roles join a team of Regional Leads in already established services across Queensland and the ACT. The position will lead a multidisciplinary team which will provide a family centred practice to identify and work with functional impacts of developmental delays and disabilities in children 0 - 6 and build the family's capacity to support their child's development.

Responsible for establishing the team and embedding a culture of resilience, cohesiveness and drive to achieve Key Performance Indicators across a mobile team of ECEI Coordinators servicing NSW.

The position will be the local contact point for NDIS, monitoring and driving performance and provision of reporting. Development of local networks and imparting knowledge of the local early childhood sector and registered providers will facilitate the team's knowledge building.

About You:

You will have solid experience in the early childhood sector and be able to mentor your team in best practice principles in early childhood intervention. You will impress us with your ability to communicate your solid examples of previous experience in leading teams, imbedding a culture of performance and continuous improvement within a family centred service.

You will be equally adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and meeting operational reporting requirements. Qualifications in social sciences, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech therapy, early childhood education or a related field, will underpin your proven experience. You will also have the ability to travel and drive to regional areas as required.
