We are seeking an experienced and professional consultant who is passionate about helping people to build meaningful and fulfilling careers, and working with organisations to create effective and productive environments for their employees. You will design and deliver bespoke leadership development programs, leadership coaching programs, team development workshops, skills building workshops and career development programs to our customers. In addition, you will work in partnership with our sales team to build relationships and sell Trevor-Roberts services to new and existing clients.

The specific experience and knowledge we are looking for includes:
Well-developed facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in coaching individuals at various levels of seniority to resolve leadership or career-related challenges
Knowledge of theories and approaches to organisational development, leadership development and career development
Experience designing a range of leadership, team and organisational development programs
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and the ability to fully identify and understand stakeholder needs
Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and with clients across all levels of an organisation
Formal qualifications in organisational psychology, leadership coaching, training and facilitation or similar disciplines are highly desirable
