Rehabilitation Centre provides clinical rehabilitation services for people who
have experienced stroke and other neurological disorders spinal cord injury,
burns, amputations, as well as other orthopaedic and medical conditions.
Stepping into an integral role as a Senior Clinical/Health Psychologist, you
will be responsible for conducting assessments, as well as designing and
implementing interventions for patients and their families. You will work
as part of a multidisciplinary team and will contribute to the planning and
review of services.
must hold an appropriate degree (Masters Degree in Clinical or Health
Psychology) or equivalent qualification along with general registration with
the Psychology Board of Australia. To be considered for appointment
at the AHP3 level, you must also be endorsed in Clinical and/or Health
Psychology area of practice, hold approved supervisor status with PsyBA at all
levels of supervision, and have a demonstrated ability to offer supervision to

sound knowledge of the impact of health issues on individuals, families, and

to hospital units and outside agencies. You must have excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, bringing experience with multidisciplinary teamwork.
