We are a warm, friendly, down-to-earth practice that is looking for more like-minded psychologists to join us. At Good Minds, we believe in making mental health accessible, affordable (bulk billing) and fuss free for our clients wherever they are. All our sessions are conducted remotely via video or telephone, allowing both our clients and psychologists to be anywhere with internet or phone connection.

We are easily contactable by our psychologists or clients on telephone or emails for any changes in appointments, questions on bulk billing or even access to GPs.

What do we offer?

Joining our practice means you don’t have to worry about bills, Medicare rebates, appointment changes, marketing or managing your practice. We look after all the ordinary stuff and you just focus on you, your client and getting paid. For our administratrive services, we take 20% of the Medicare Rebate. Fair?

·       Flexible working hours – you decide your availability. For part time, you may begin 1 day or 3 hours with us and build it to 2-3 days.

·       Mobility – you are not restricted by geography so you can work wherever you are as long as you have access to a reliable internet or phone connection

·       No admin burden (ie. billing, seeking referrals or appointments) – leave this with us as we sort this out for you

·       Get paid on a weekly basis

·       Onboarding to get you started with your first client - A1 service from our practice manager(s)

What’s more, community is at the heart and mind of everything we do. You will be joining a group of like-minded practitioners where you can connect, share and grow together.

Who do we seek?

Whether you are coming back from a break, just started, about to retire or work elsewhere and have some spare hours within your week, we would love to hear from you.

You need to be;

·       Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

·       Eligible for provider registration with Medicare Australia

·       Have an ABN and professional indemnity insurance

·       Committed to practical outcomes, use evidence based therapeutic approaches and be comfortable to deliver your sessions remotely

·       Be genuinely caring, positive and committed to high quality client care.

·       Use our practice management system to set your availabilities, view your appointments and report on their progress
