The Psychology Unit operates in
a dynamic policing environment and provides 24/7 emergency and critical
incident response, delivers counselling and treatment services and supports
specialist and high-risk / high-demand business units to care for the
wellbeing and mental health of their employees.
This position ensures the
provision of an effective and efficient psychological service to personnel of
the WA Police Force including assessment and treatment services for complex
cases. Manages day-to-day operations and clinical coordination, including
workload review, case allocation and supervision of Clinical Psychologists
(Specified Calling Level 3) in the Unit. Acts as the 2IC to the Chief
