Over the past 5 years DS Psychology Group has developed a highly reputable and expanding Assessment service offering neuropsychological and ASD/Learning assessments to the community. We continue to grow and as a result, we have a unique opportunity for an additional Clinical Neuropsychologist and/or Educational and Developmental Psychologist to join our team for 3-4 days per week (sessional work also available). This role would suit someone who would enjoy the benefits of a secure permanent role being an integral member of the Assessment Team with a combined work focus of conducting assessments and consulting with referrers/the DS team to facilitate best health outcomes.

DS Psychology Directors (Donna and Sharon) are also registered psychologists, have been in private practice for more than 20 years, are accessible, open and supportive and fully invested in developing you as a person professionally and personally.

 Position Requirements:

Clinical Neuropsychologist/ Educational and Developmental Psychologist for adults and/or children, minimum of 3 days per week

·     Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia

·     Post graduate qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology (Masters, DPsych, Phd) or Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology (Registrars considered)

·     Minimum of 2 years’ experience

·     Ability to conduct neuropsychological assessments and/or ability to conduct ASD/learning/ADHD assessments with a range of referral questions and client groups

·     Ability to select appropriate psychometric tests, preparation of reports and treatment recommendations (including feedback session)

·     Liaise and support the DS team and consult with 3rd parties/referrers for best outcomes

·     Experience in mental health and/or educational settings an advantage but not essential

·     Commitment to self-reflection and ongoing enhancement of clinical practice

·     AHPRA supervisor status desirable
