About the role?

We are looking for a Senior Psychologist to join our growing psychology team long term, and to assist us with acting in the Psychology Clinical Lead role (to cover a 12-18month maternity leave contract).

The current role involves carrying a clinical case load balanced with overseeing the operational and clinical support of a team of health and general psychologists. Depending on the applicant’s needs, and strengths we are able to individualise the role to focus on the lead responsibilities and work a few days a week.

The Ideal Candidate:

·        Either five (5) or more years experience practicing with General Registration OR gain endorsement in area of psychology relevant to the role (e.g. Health, Sport, Organisational and Clinical)

·        Experience in Mentoring, support and training for junior team members

·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of colleagues, customers and service providers with discretion and sensitivity.

·        High levels of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies.

·        Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team environment.
