About your opportunity:

Fixed term temporary full-time / 12 months commencing 29/01/2024 / Applications are being sought from Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or Social Workers / Location: Townsville

The Team Leader will:

·       Provide clinical expertise, supervision and direction whilst managing the operational delivery of clinical services for the Community Forensic Mental Health Services within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service, across North Queensland communities.

·       Operate as the single point of accountability for the team and report to the Program Manager and Clinical Director.

Generous remuneration package value up to $159,899 p.a. (NG7) or $167,587 p.a (HP5) comprising:

• Salary range of $4933.10 to $5630.00 p.f. (HP5/NG7)
• Annual leave with relevant leave loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

Requirements:

·       Proof of qualification (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work) and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.

·       This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.

·       Possession of class C drivers' licence.
