Supportive, Warm and Established Practice

Our Purpose

Seed Psychology was founded 15 years ago with the aim of delivering the highest-quality psychological care in northern Melbourne.

We are renowned for our warm, lively and supportive team environment, wonderful psychologists, and our amazing administrative support team.

Due to expansion, we’re currently looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and skilled psychologist to join our team in Brunswick as an independent practitioner.

Why join Seed Psychology?

  • When you join our reputable, warm and collaborative team, you will have immediate access to our established and diverse client base allowing you to establish your most ideal working schedule.
  • Practitioners will have the flexibility and freedom to set their own client fees with the ability to offer varied options suitable to their client base.
  • Find additional value in the security of a consistent and full schedule, however that may look to you.
  • Share in a very strong and well-established reputation and referral base. With 15 years in the local area, we have close working relationships with GPs, psychiatrists and allied health professionals. This of course also means you’ll be busy all year round, with no ‘slow’ periods.
  • We value flexible working arrangements with an appreciation of work- life balance.

  • Our experienced and vibrant administration team ensure that all referrals are streamlined and managed on your behalf.
  • They will use their expertise to respectfully and responsibly manage your diary allowing you to completely focus on client care and professional development.
  • Benefit from innovative and well-established procedures to ensure your day-to-day is seamless.

  • Our dedicated Management team and Senior Practitioners prioritize the continuous support of each Seed Psychologist with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills more broadly or cultivate a particular area of interest.
  • We pride ourselves on recognising the value, experience and loyalty of each team member at Seed.
  • Psychologists that have interest in diversifying their workload and responsibilities will be supported to do so.
  • You will also enjoy regular collaboration, team sharing and peer support.
  • We are here to support you to reach your goals and foster career progression.

  • With 9, professionally decorated treatment rooms, a collaborative working space, and a range of amenities, our Brunswick East practice offers a premium working environment.

We would love to connect with you to discuss how you would fit into the Seed Psychology team
