About the role

We are an up-and-coming clinic with a fresh approach to mental health care, and we're looking for proactive psychologists to join us on this exciting journey of growth and development. This is an opportunity to be part of building something new, where your ideas and contributions will help shape the future of our clinic as we expand our services and look to make an impact on the community. We are seeking AHPRA Provisional/General Registered Psychologists who are dedicated to delivering authentic, compassionate, and reliable mental health support across a variety of services, including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs, and Medicare clients in the Sydney Metro area. In addition to this, you will play a role in supporting the expansion of our corporate and clinical psychological services, alongside the development and delivery of various mental health initiatives and training. We’re offering you the chance to work at the intersection of clinic-based therapy and rehabilitation, supported by industry-leading practices from both Awarely and Prudence Rehab.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services that include EAP counselling, Critical Incident Responses, Private/Medicare counselling and Workers’ Compensation Scheme Work involving support for people impacted by pain-related injuries and trauma
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and vocational assessments that involve evaluating clients’ psychological, social, and physical challenges to identify strategies for recovery
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community
  • Complete various assessments and interventions whilst utilising your clinical psychological skills
  • Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
