Looking to hire a clinical psychologist, clinical psychology registrar (or general psychologist with eligibility for clinical pathway) or couples therapist to join our growing team in Bondi Junction.
About the practice - Inlight Psychology | Dr Liza Chervonsky
Clinic Director, Dr Liza Chervonsky: It is so important for me that my clinic provides a supportive and positive environment. It is my absolute priority that all my clinicians feel supported and safe to talk with me about their practice and clients. I provide regular supervision and have an open door policy for all my clinicians. There is also no expectation or pressure around the number of clients you see, as my priority is quality of care and clinician wellbeing, rather than numbers.
In terms of my therapeutic approach, I have a strong focus on interpersonal work and use an attachment/relational lens when working with clients and when conducting supervision. I believe this is key to being able to implement any other modality effectively, including CBT, DBT, Schema, ACT, and mindfulness (all of which I provide supervision in as well). I also borrow from parts work, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy and psychodynamic work.
