Clinician (Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist)
Location: Spring Creek QLD
Remuneration: $113,804 - $122,400 per annum.

About You
• Demonstrated expertise
in evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults, experiencing
difficulties related to mental health problems, cognitive impairment or
developmental disorders
• Experience and
understanding of case management in a human services field
• Experience in providing
clinical supervision and mentorship Tasks & responsibilities
• Provide high-level
clinical services (including services of a more complex nature) within a
correctional environment with a multidisciplinary team focus.
• Provide clinical
consultation, discipline specific interventions and assessment, including
assessments of harm to self or others.
• Develop and contribute
to the review of behavioural support and management plans
• Operate independently
with minimal direct clinical supervision to provide a high-quality clinical
service, including the ability to exercise professional judgement in solving
problems and managing complex situations.
• Act as an expert
resource for other staff, facilitating the development of critical thinking and
clinical decision-making skills including providing clinical practice
supervision.
