YES Psychology & Consulting is a boutique firm of psychologists, focusing in the areas of leadership and wellbeing in the workplace.  We enter our tenth year providing tailored services to public and private sector organisations, across a range of industries. We partner with our customers and Associates with a focus on quality relationships, quality service delivery and work-life balance. 

We want Associates/Contractors who are seeking occasional and semi-regular work providing training and facilitation services (and occassional individaul wellbeing counselling) to our customers as we grow.  We provide interesting work, excellent support, access to our considerable knowledge bank and quick payments to our Associates. We offer attractive rates, above EAP industry standard, and negotiated according to relevant experience and capability.

In this drive we are seeking psycholgists based in Adelaide and Sydney.

We are seeking suitably experienced psychologists with the competence and experience in training and facilitation in one or more of the follow areas:

• Training and supervision of Peer Supporters in workplaces 
• Psychological First Aid 
• Mental Health Awareness Training for Leaders
• Mental Wellbeing, Self-care and Resilience topics for employees and leaders
• Communication skills training in defusing emotional customers
• Performance management and crucial conversations (giving feedback, setting expectations, checking-in, conflict management) for leaders
• Short term counselling referrals for mental health and resilience (EAP type services)
• Psychosocial risk management consulting (including advice, assessment, desk-top auditing and reports and recommendations based on either Codes of Practice or ISO)

Desirable experience

• Experience and competence in training and facilitation - from brief sessions to full-day programs
• Experience working with employees, leaders or organisations where a dual-client philosophy of service is required (eg Employee Assistance, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology)
• Ability and comfort in delivering face-to-face and online using online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom etc
• Ability to quickly adapt to our customer’s context and language when delivering services, including Blue-collar and white-collar, city based and regional based workforces.
• Two or more years providing services to workplaces/organisations

Mandatory requirements

• Full registration with AHPRA
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Driver's licence (for when travel to client locations required)
