Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist to join our team in Bondi Junction

Are you looking for a new opportunity? For career progression? For a warm and supportive team to work with?  Do you have a passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives?

If you’ve been looking for a diverse role that offers both learning opportunities and a work/life balance, as well as excellent admin and professional support, then we’d LOVE to chat to you about the exciting opportunity to join our team.

Who are we?

We’re Mind Matters. We’re a large, vibrant team of clinical psychologists who’ve been providing therapy and assessment services under the guidance of our principal psychologist, Karen Martin. And now, we’re on the hunt for a clinical supervisor and psychologist to join our team, brand, and journey. Read more about our team.

Mind Matters is located in a charming and welcoming terrace in the centre of Bondi Junction. From the moment you enter, it feels like a high-end spa, where clinicians and clients alike are welcomed into a warm, tranquil and safe space. Our practice offers 12 rooms that are all professionally sound proofed, air conditioned, thoughtfully furnished and feature sun-soaked skylights and windows that look out onto peaceful gardens. We also have a room that is large enough for group therapy. Have a closer look at our amazing space

We provide therapy for all ages in a wide range of presentations. We take pride in our detailed triage process, which allows us to pair clients with the psychologist that’s best suited to support and guide them through their therapeutic journey. We really take the time to get to know our psychologists and their preferred client population.

Providing high-quality client care while maintaining the work/life balance of our employees is crucial to us. In fact, the health of our team is a prominent value of Mind Matters, and means that our psychologists deliver their highest quality of care to the community.

Who are you?

We’re on the hunt for a psychologist to join our team for a minimum of two days per week up to full time, and who will enjoy the flexibility of working a split-shift model.

You’ll have great qualifications like:

  • Accredited Postgraduate Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • A current ABN (or willing to get one)
