Navy Psychology strengthens the Navy workforce by delivering best-practice resilience and mental health programs and by working with Navy leadership to optimise members’ performance. The services delivered by Navy Psychology East include referrals from Command for advice, referrals from Navy members for work-related support, mental health training development and delivery, operational mental health screening, critical incident mental health support and organisational interventions.

About our Team

The Navy Psychology East team provides the full scope of Navy Psychology Services to Navy Fleet Units and the Garrison Shore Establishments at HMAS Kuttabul (Potts Point) on the beautiful Sydney Harbour close to the CBD and Royal Botanical Gardens. Our team consists of a Senior Psychologist, two APS 6 Navy Psychologists, uniformed Navy Psychologists and an APS Psychology Assistant. We are a highly professional, close-knit team who work together to support each other and the goals of our Section. We value professional development, strong relationships, high performance, work flexibility and support.

Our Ideal Candidate
