Rockingham Psychology is a well-established practice in Rockingham, where our team of psychologists has provided therapy and assessment services for over a decade. Our clinic is a warm, professional space designed for comfort and confidentiality, featuring eight beautifully furnished, soundproof rooms each with sit-stand desks and a spacious room for group therapy. Our supportive, close-knit team is dedicated to high-quality client care, matched by our commitment to each team member’s well-being.

We are proud to deliver a broad range of therapy services across all ages and issues. Through a detailed triage process, we thoughtfully match clients with the psychologist who best aligns with their needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a qualified psychologist to join our team for a minimum of two days a week (up to full-time), with the flexibility to work any day between Monday and Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Accredited Postgraduate Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
• Full registration with AHPRA
• Professional indemnity insurance

Skills and Values

• Commitment to best practices and evidence-based approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Warm, non-judgmental, and client-focused approach to therapy
• Alignment with our values of community care and support

Preferred (but optional)

• Offer services for children and adolescents 
• Full endorsement in clinical psychology
• Board-approved supervisor status

Remuneration Options

Choose the work structure that suits you best:

1. Independent Service Agreement:
   • Room rental/admin fee arrangement
   • Fee-for-service (ranging from $130 – $169 per session based on experience)
   • Full admin support and optional clinical support
   • 
     
2. Employee Role:
   • Access to leave entitlements with annual leave loading
   • Professional development support, including financial contribution for ongoing education
   • Access to peer and individual supervision, as well as endorsement supervision
