About the opportunity…
You will lead and develop a team of mental health clinicians to ensure they are performing to their full potential, as well as:
- Ensuring clinical governance is implemented, upheld and maintained in line with Assure’s framework
- Ensuring best practice risk management and clinical supervision is provided
- Training and contemporary skill development of your team
- Achievement of KPI’s and client centric clinical outcomes
- Proactive and reactive engagement and liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
- Delivery of a clinical load
About you:
You will possess
- Previous leadership experience, ideally of allied health professionals
- Broad experience across individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
- Passion about leading and developing a team
- Previous experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
- A demonstrated interest and passion in working collaboratively to problem solve and achieve positive outcomes
- Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work and relevant registrations
