About the opportunity…

You will lead and develop a team of mental health clinicians to ensure they are performing to their full potential, as well as:

• Ensuring clinical governance is implemented, upheld and maintained in line with Assure’s framework
• Ensuring best practice risk management and clinical supervision is provided
• Training and contemporary skill development of your team
• Achievement of KPI’s and client centric clinical outcomes
• Proactive and reactive engagement and liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
• Delivery of a clinical load

About you:

You will possess

• Previous leadership experience, ideally of allied health professionals
• Broad experience across individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
• Passion about leading and developing a team
• Previous experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
• A demonstrated interest and passion in working collaboratively to problem solve and achieve positive outcomes
• Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work and relevant registrations
