About the Role

As Clinical Director/Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of psychologists, providing support and direction.
  • Oversee clinical services and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Be the voice of the team, collaborate with other leaders to drive growth and innovation.
  • Work with a diverse client base, including individual therapy and organisational services through our corporate and government contracts.
  • Take advantage of unique opportunities in workplace trainingexecutive coaching, and organisational assessments.

Who You Are

You are an experienced psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact, with:

  • AHPRA registration and a minimum of 5 years experience in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proven leadership and experience as a liaison between your team and the leadership team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a range of client needs.
  • Experience with a variety of mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional time-managementorganisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to provide psychological services via Medicare, and experience with other funding streams (TAC, WorkCover, DVA, EAP).
