To help realise our vision, we are seeking a Psychologist who is a Board Approved Supervisors and trainer. This is a high-impact role blending hands-on execution with vision. This unique position offers value driven work in a cutting-edge AI enabled organisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in making NovoPsych’s vision a reality, gaining firsthand experience in driving innovation forward.

What You’ll Do:

Support high-priority initiatives, from brainstorming to execution.
Use your skills in training and supervising psychologists to train our AI 

What We’re Looking For:
A Psychologist who is a Board Approved Supervisor

Expertise in a particular treatment modality or presentation 

A skilled trainer of humans, so you can use those skills to training AI

Presentation skills

Relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence—you can connect with anyone, from CEOs to teammates.
