Vacancy at Eltham Psychology Clinic

Eltham Psychology Clinic is looking for an AHPRA registered psychologist who is interested in making a commitment to working in a stable, supportive professional environment. 

Currently our team covers a range of areas, including child and adolescent mental heath, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, couple therapy and trauma. We are interested in adding to our expertise.  An interest and skills in one or more of the following the following: men’s health, neurodiversity, couple and family therapy, and assessment and treatment of children would be an advantage. 

Some daytime sessions are available but we would prefer a clinical psychologist to take up four evening sessions, Monday to Thursday, from 6pm to 9pm. Saturday from 9am to 2pm is also available, and useful for seeing children. One afternoon session could be added to complement an evening session. 

We offer a strong foundation of referrers developed over the last thirty years, excellent reception support, a pleasant environment in an attractive renovated timber premises, and full support for calls, accounts and appointments. We also enjoy offer valuable monthly peer supervision one Wednesday evening per month. 

The clinic provides a generous percentage of practitioner fees on an independent sole trader basis.  Our standard fee is $220 per 50-minute session. We do not bulk bill, and all our clients are medically referred.
