At Future Minds Clinic, we provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to young people from infancy to 30 years of age. With nearly 15 years of experience supporting Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, we officially became Future Minds Clinic in 2024.

Our services address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental issues, and neurodiversity (e.g., ASD, ADHD). What We Offer
At Future Minds Clinic, we value the well-being and growth of both our clients and team. Here’s what you can expect:
- Full-Time Administrative Support: Focus on your clients while we handle logistics.
- Competitive Remuneration: Expected annual earnings of $150–$190k depending on client load (max 25 clients per week).
- Professional Development Opportunities: Mentoring, supervision, and up to $2,000 annually for professional growth.
- Diverse Referrals: Work with clients referred by GPs, schools, and allied health professionals.
Available Roles
We are seeking psychologists to join us as contractors in the following roles:
- Clinical Psychologist
- Educational/Developmental Psychologist
- Child Psychologist
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with GPs, schools, and other professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation (training provided).
- Engage in supervision, peer review, and professional development.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Endorsement in clinical or educational/developmental psychology (or working towards).
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- At least two years of clinical or therapeutic experience.
- Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week (3+ preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
- Confidence in building referral networks.
- A commitment to a collaborative, values-driven team culture.
