FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.

What you will do
As the clinical manager of the new young adult offender unit, you will lead and supervise the clinical team, overseeing all treatment programs and ensuring a therapeutic environment for the residents.
You will also:
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for residents, considering their specific needs and risks.
- Work with other staff to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care.
- Track the team's performance and look for ways to improve services.
- Advise management on clinical matters and contribute to policy development.
Eligibility
You must be registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or hold a relevant qualification and have commensurate experience overseeing the delivery of therapeutic or clinical services.
