Seeking an exceptional Senior Lecturer in Psychology to join our dynamic team at the College of Healthcare Sciences at James Cook University in Townsville. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our esteemed Psychology program and shape the minds of future professional

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Lecturer in Pyschology, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and fostering an engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions across various psychology courses. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, ensuring our program remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

In addition to your teaching duties, you will have the opportunity to actively engage in research activities and collaborate with colleagues on innovative projects. Your research expertise and contributions will be valued and supported, as we strive to maintain our reputation for excellence in psychological research.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual with a strong academic background and a commitment to excellence in teaching and research. You should hold a Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field, with a proven track record of successful teaching and research experience in areas such as clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or health psychology.
