About Us
We are a thriving psychology practice in Sydney’s Northern Beaches committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. We aim to help individuals across the lifespan. 
We are now seeking a dedicated psychologist to join our team to expand our services into educational/developmental and other cognitive assessments.
 
Psychologist Role – Assessment Focus
As a Psychologist with experience in educational, developmental, and cognitive assessments, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive and developmental assessments using psychometric tools (e.g., WISC, WIAT, WPPSI, ADOS; digital or physical).
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to clients, families, schools, and healthcare professionals.
  • Write detailed, evidence-based reports with tailored recommendations.
  • Develop individualised intervention plans to support clients’ learning, development, and mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to enhance client outcomes.
  • Optionally contribute to professional development initiatives for schools, parents, or community groups.

Psychologist Role – 1:1 Therapy Focus
As a Psychologist focusing on individual therapy for children, you will:
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support for children with learning, developmental, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies for children and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, schools, and healthcare providers to support children’s well-being.
  • Utilise evidence based modalities suited to child-focused work.
  • Optionally contribute to professional development initiatives for schools, parents, or community groups.

Psychologist Role – Combined Assessment & Therapy
As a Psychologist with a dual focus on assessments and 1:1 therapy, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive, developmental, and clinical assessments using psychometric tools (e.g., WISC, WIAT, WPPSI, ADOS; digital or physical).
  • Provide individual therapy to children experiencing learning, developmental, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and healthcare providers to improve outcomes.
  • Utilise evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Optionally contribute to professional development initiatives for schools, parents, or community groups.
 
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
  • Hold full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist.
  • Eligible for Medicare provider number.
  • A current Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).
  • Have relevant experience in this area.
  • Either experienced or a fresh graduate who is passionate about psychometric testing.
  • Be skilled in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools (e.g., WISC, WIAT, WPPSI, ADOS, etc; digital or physical).
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their potential.
  • Be committed to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
  • Work well in a team environment. 
  • Current Australian resident with no restrictions to working in Australia.
