·        Manage, mentor, and grow a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team operating under Commonwealth-funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and the private sector.

 Essential Criteria

• Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
• Current C class driver’s licence.

 Desirable 

• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Salary Packaging: Up to $15,899 tax-free plus meals/entertainment packaging of up to $2,650.
• Leave Loading: 17.5%.
