About the role: 

We have full-time and part-time positions available for our new site, soon to open in Prospect. The roles focus on individual therapy work and include the opportunity to run educational assessments. 

Our ideal team member is someone that has strong evidence-based practice and is looking to join a great workplace culture. Clinical registrars will be offered a comprehensive training program, with time set aside for supervision and skill development.

• Templates and note taking. We are a paperless practice and have a range of tools to assist you in managing your administrative tasks We provide access to text expanders, voice dictation, and AI programs for note taking support.  

• Availability of support from a leadership team.  Our clinical team leaders are available daily to ensure crisis support regarding clinical or professional issues. We have two clinical team leaders and a business manager to provide support.  

• You will have access to a professional development allowance of $1000 each year to attend workshops and seminars. We aim to share our knowledge across the team and have a growing resource library available to all. 

• We have regular team events to debrief, connect with one another, and have fun! Team workshops occur on a quarterly basis, and have involved escape rooms, scavenger hunts, charity events, and weekend getaways, to name a few. 

The successful applicant will be provided with:

• Access to a board approved supervisor for individual and group supervision 
• Support to develop career goals and establish your own area of interest
• Opportunities to work with a wide range of clinical presentations 
• Opportunities to conduct psychological assessments

Essential criteria: 

• General or Clinical Psychologist 
• AHPRA and Medicare Registration
• Professional Insurance and Public Liability (PL and PI)
• Current Police and Department of Human Services Working with Children’s Check
