About the Role
As a Psychologist at Bupa, you’ll be a pivotal part of our
team, shaping the future of mental health services with Mindplace. This
role is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupa
customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. This is an
opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental
health journeys throughout Australia.
We have 6 new locations:
- George
Street, Sydney CBD
- Neutral
Bay, Sydney
- South
Yarra, Melbourne
- Seaforth, Sydney (August 2025)
- Newstead, Brisbane (August 2025)
- Melbourne CBD (September 2025)
Further to our current locations, there is future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring the access to support throughout Australia. If you’re interested

In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct
comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health
conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop
personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment
plans
- Build
and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare
providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice
growth
- Coordinate
with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established
procedural framework

About you
We’re seeking experienced Registered Psychologists and Clinical
Psychologists with:

Relevant
tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical
Psychology.

General
Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical
Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.

5+
years of recent clinical experience.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with
clients and colleagues.

Advanced
clinical expertise in mental health services.

Experience
delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.
