About the role
Are you interested in working as a psychologist in public health?
Are you looking for a learning and development environment to support you to work towards meeting the requirements of the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) clinical psychology registrar program?
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic psychologist to join our medical settings inpatient psychology team, working with patients with comorbid mental health concerns.
The position is supported with a strong focus on growth learning, reflective practice, supervision and self-care.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Full registration or eligibility for full registration as a Psychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA).
- Hold a Masters or Doctoral coursework qualification in Clinical Psychology that has been approved by the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Eligibility to work towards endorsement in Approved Area of Practice of Clinical Psychology.
- Demonstrated theoretical knowledge, experience and skills in the application of psychological assessment and interventions in medical settings.
- Holder of a current Driver’s License
- Demonstrated multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of research and quality improvement activities
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and education
