Our
client is a highly regarded and progressive specialist service provider for
those experiencing grief and bereavement. Located in the south-eastern suburbs
of Melbourne they also provide evidence-informed education, training and
research.
Reporting
to the Manager Clinical Practice and Education, you will be a member of the Senior Management Team and
be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation and
monitoring of high-quality curriculum & education programs and programs
offered as an RTO.
Responsibilities
include overseeing content development and
delivery of all education and training programs, overseeing staff and
contractors to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed learning, education and training programs, and providing leadership and expertise in
learning design across a range of delivery methods. You will also develop partnerships with universities, relevant
health agencies, industry groups and professional organisations such as APS, AASW and PACFA.
For
this key role you must be registered with AASW, APS, PACFA or ACA (level 4)
and have
a TAE40116:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with experience in delivering
training in grief and loss. You’ll need strong project
management experience, sound communication and administration skills, and a
minimum of two years teaching at a Tertiary level or within a Registered
Training Organisation. You must be a
permanent Australian resident.
