looking for a Digital Transformation Strategy Officer to spearhead our digital
evolution.
The opportunity
As our Digital Transformation
Strategy Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams have the
skills, knowledge, and tools to deliver digitally enabled healthcare. You’ll
also lead the statewide digital transformation, making a tangible impact on
mental health services across Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support statewide digital capability
uplift, empowering teams with new workforce and technical skills.
- Drive
evidence based digital systems and processes, ensuring safe, effective
enhancements in healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical governance bodies,
health executives, and technical partners to deliver better insights and
improved healthcare outcomes.
- Utilise advanced clinical knowledge to enhance
workforce efficiency and data driven decision making, fostering service
improvement.

What’s on offer?
Permanent Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight.
Remuneration package of up to
$172,615 p.a., comprising base salary range of $144,991 - $151,289 p.a. (+
applicable allowances/benefits) (HP5), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and
employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

Role requirements
- The successful applicant must possess a
four-year degree in Psychology (Honours, Graduate Diploma) from an
accredited tertiary institution and registration with the Psychology Board
of Australia.
- Significant experience in the delivery of
complex information management in a healthcare setting.
