The Opportunity

We’re looking for Board-Approved Psychologist Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This unique role combines clinical supervision with team leadership, allowing you to guide postgraduate psychology students (Masters level) on placement while contributing to our culture of quality, innovation, and support.

As a Team Leader, you will also provide local coordination, mentorship, and operational support within your clinic or Telehealth team.

What You’ll Do

Core Supervision Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support postgraduate psychology students on placement

• Deliver high-quality clinical supervision and foster ethical, professional development

• Work on-site in our Melbourne-based clinics, either Bundoora or Moorabbin (Danny Frawley Centre)

• Collaborate with supervisors and clinic staff to ensure best-practice service delivery

• Participate in training on systems, policies, and placement requirements

• Help students achieve timely completion of placement milestones

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for supervision and placement-related questions during rostered shifts

• Support onboarding and integration of new supervisors

• Provide informal mentoring and peer support

• Liaise with individual and group supervisors to ensure consistency and coordination

• Assist in implementing new initiatives, training, and clinic updates

• Monitor student progress and escalate concerns where necessary

• Identify opportunities for improvement in supervision quality and clinic processes

• Represent supervisors in feedback to clinic leadership and university partners

About You

Essential:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology

• Full AHPRA registration

• Endorsement in Clinical, Educational & Developmental, or Neuropsychology

• Approved AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor

• Demonstrated experience in supervision and student development

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisation skills

Desirable:

• Endorsement in a relevant area of practice
