About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate
and experienced Psychologist to join our Forensic Mental Health Service as
Senior Psychologist on the Clare Ward at James Nash House.
In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and be
responsible for providing psychology assessment and treatment services. The
role also involves providing consultancy services to Forensic Mental Health
Services staff, contributing to the development of service aims and objectives
and taking part in research and evaluation of psychological practice. In this
role you may also be delegated to provide orientation, supervision and support
to staff, provisional psychologists and volunteers.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree
(Master of Clinical or Forensic Psychology) or equivalent qualification
recognised by the PsyBA. You must also hold general registration with the
PsyBA, be endorsed in Clinical or Forensic area of practice and hold approved
supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and
secondary).
