Elucidate Psychology is a neuropsychology focussed clinic providing assessment and therapy
services for all ages.
We are looking for high quality psychologists who can
help us manage our large volume of referrals. There are two roles available.

and therapeutic services for neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.
Suitable for paediatric clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists and
educational and developmental psychologists. Graduates and registrars with an
interest in this area are welcome to apply.

clinicians with experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those
seeking to develop a specialisation in this area. An interest in trauma or
LGBTQIA+ mental health are highly desirable. Suitable for clinical psychologists,
neuropsychologists and experienced general psychologists. Graduates and
registrars will also be considered.
Our
practice is based on social enterprise principles, prioritising social
objectives over maximising profits. We share the costs and benefits in an
equitable and fair manner, including transparent pay structures where
clinicians receive financial remuneration commensurate with their
contributions. This opportunity suits those seeking a truly equitable
partnership with a team that is committed to ethical and sustainable business
practices.
We believe effective
communication and authenticity are integral to the recruitment process. Our
approach involves direct and clear
communication, providing candidates with detailed information about the role,
expectations, and evaluation criteria.

will commence immediately and recruitment will close early should suitable
applicants be sourced.
Please contact the support team if you would like to talk to Dr Lei Gryffydd about the role.
