We are building our team to deliver business consulting solutions, and are inviting applications from registered psychologists, preferably with organisational psychology endorsement, and significant experience in the provision of workplace psychological services. Reporting to the delivery lead, you will work collaboratively with a professional team of like-minded people who are driven to make a positive impact on workplace mental health.
This role primarily focuses on supporting organisations to identify, manage and control workplace psychosocial hazards and risks. It will require occasional travel within Victoria. You will be:
- Administering our research-informed, validated instrument that assesses the psychological health and safety of a workplace against psychosocial risk factors
- Undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess organisations’ psychological health and safety at a systemic level
- Facilitating critical capability and change-related conversations across senior leadership and operational roles
- Developing and delivering data-informed action plans – and longer-term strategic plans - to improve psychological health and safety in the workplace
- Supporting organisations to embed improvements, elevate leader and workforce capability, skills and confidence, and build resilience
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skill and experience set:
- Registered psychologist with organisational psychology endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia and/or registered psychologist with 5+ years of experience in the provision of workplace psychological services
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of good practice and research informed frameworks relevant to workplace psychosocial safety, workplace mental health, wellbeing and supported recovery
- A demonstrated, strong track record in facilitating strategy, consulting and/or training in a corporate setting, preferably of programs in the psychology or mental health field
- The ability to build and manage effective, successful relationships across levels of organisations
- The capability to work with complexity and ambiguity, autonomously and as a member of a high performing and agile team
- An ability to translate conceptual theories and knowledge into relatable, contextualised and digestible content tailored to changing audiences
- Strong written skills, including the ability to prepare authoritative client reports and presentations
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to be humanistic and connected in all your interactions
