Skyline Psychology is a boutique private practice based in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are currently seeking either:
- One psychologist who works across the lifespan (children, teens and adults), or
- Two psychologists: one focused on children & adolescents, and one focused on adults & adolescents.
This is a contractor position with a minimum of 2 days and structure, designed to support a sustainable and clinically rewarding caseload.

What You Can Expect:
- General Psychologists: Generous split-fee model, with earnings of $130,000 - $180,000 FTE (based on 5 days/week and 6 weeks leave).
- Clinicical Psychologists up to $260,000 FTE (based on 5 days/week and 6 weeks leave).
- Established referral base and structured client intake process.

- Flexibility with Structure: You'll have flexibility in choosing your client presentations and workdays, with consulting space available across the week.
About You:
- Fully registered psychologist or clinical psychologist (AHPRA).
- Confident in your chosen client group (children/adolescents/adults).
- Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Enjoys working in a practice with supportive systems in place.
- Be trained with EMDR (preferred but not essential).
- Be SIRA accredited (or willingness to obtain accreditation).
- Minimum 2 consistent days per week (negotiated upfront).
- Be willing to participate in activities to increase your profile in the Northern Beaches community. Be proactive dealing with GPs to build a relationship with them.
