We are seeking applications for a Senior Administration
Officer to join our new Mental Health service in Wagga Wagga, on a
permanent full-time basis.
This pivotal Administration Officer role plays a crucial
part in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for clients, from
their initial engagement through to their ongoing appointments.
You'll join a dedicated and collaborative team in a
purpose-built community setting, contributing to a recovery-oriented and
trauma-informed model of care.
The Position
Coordinate clients in collaboration with the treating clinicians.
Maintain a working knowledge of trauma
rehabilitation and psychosocial programs to support clinical operations
Provide a point of service contact for external
stakeholders, including GPs, psychiatrists, and case managers.
Accurately manage client data systems, referral
tracking, waitlists and outcome reporting in accordance with clinical and
funding body requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and regulatory
compliance across all records and communications.
Prepare and provide relevant client facing
manuals, group schedules, and program documentation.
Verify client eligibility, confirm claim status
and manage waitlists in collaboration with the Service Integration Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and organised
professional with a strong background in administration or office management
within a healthcare or related setting. The ideal candidate will possess
advanced skills in document preparation and workflow coordination, as well as
demonstrated proficiency in operating and managing electronic client booking
systems and related software with a high degree of accuracy.
Successful applicants will be familiar with fee schedules,
coding & billing, WorkCover, DVA and/or other insurers.

We can offer you
- Salary:
$71,998 to $74,099 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
- Permanent
full-time, working 38 hours per week
