Deputy Director ISN Clinics

The Opportunity 

 

ISN Clinics is a leading psychology services clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, client-centred care. We provide high-quality psychological services to the community while supporting the training, research, and development of the next generation of mental health professionals.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director of ISN Clinics to join our leadership team. This role will work closely with the Director of ISN Clinics to provide strategic and operational leadership across our clinical, academic, and business functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical services and operations.

·         Support the Director of ISN Clinics in strategic planning, maintaining compliance, staff management and organisational development.

·         Ensure high standards of client care, safety, and compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

·         Oversee and support staff, including clinicians, supervisors, and administrative teams.

·         Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in clinical service delivery.

·         Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, professional bodies, and community organisations.

·         Contribute to financial and business planning to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

 

About You

 

·         Tertiary qualifications in psychology, health management, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).

·         Significant leadership and management experience within a healthcare, psychology, or community services setting.

·         Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, professionalism, and accountability.

·         Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance frameworks, and quality assurance.

·         Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
