Our experienced team offers evidence-based therapy, including CBT, and works across a range of areas such as WorkCover, NDIS, couples counselling, cognitive assessments, and EAP services. About the Roles

We are currently seeking several highly skilled AHPRA-registered psychologists to join our growing team:

• Team Leader Psychologist – Lead and supervise the psychology team while maintaining a clinical caseload.
• Psychologist – Deliver evidence-based psychological services to a diverse client base.

Both roles offer flexible working arrangements and involve direct client work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities (Team Leader):

•Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists 

•Deliver clinical services to clients

•Provide Board Approved Supervision to psychologists seeking professional registration

•Collaborate with management to support operations

Key Responsibilities (Psychologist):

•Deliver evidence-based psychological services to individuals 

About You (Both Roles):

•AHPRA-registered psychologist 

•Board Approved Supervisor (Team Leader) or willing to gain 

•Experience with children and adolescents is highly desirable

•SIRA approval is an advantage

•Strong communication and organisational skills

•Passionate about private practice counselling, and direct client work

•Provisional psychologists near to completing registration are encouraged to apply for Psychology role

Team leader Role $120,000 to $140,000

Psychologist Role $103,000 to $120,000
