About the Role:
The
Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and
experienced Senior Psychologist to join our Older Persons Mental Health team at
Ward 1H, Lyell McEwin Hospital.
In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and be
responsible for providing psychology assessment and evidence-based treatment
services to older adults.
As a Senior Psychologist, you will be a clinical leader and be in a
position to contribute to the development of service aims and objectives in
collaboration with other team members. You may also provide orientation and
supervision, contribute to research and evaluation of psychological practice,
and promote new information and development in the field of psychology.
Training and supervision in the use of a range of assessments and
therapies is provided on an ongoing basis.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree
(Master of Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by the
PsyBA), hold general registration with the PsyBA, be endorsed in Clinical
Psychology and hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of
supervision (primary and secondary).
