Remuneration:
You will
receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $69,772 p.a., comprising
salary rates between $39.87 - $58.60 p.h. (HP3), remuneration package value up
to $69,421 p.a., comprising salary rates between $54.45 - $58.30 p.h. (Nurse
Grade 6(1)), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual
leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)/HP3) (Permanent Part Time, 40 hours
p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
Your opportunity:
·
Deliver clinical services as a member of a
multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health. Provide
clinical and case management support to the older clients of the Wide Bay
Mental Health Services to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for this
complex group. Liaise with all relevant clinical and non- clinical stakeholders
within the older persons environment as well as non- clinical support workers
in the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.

To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care
within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of
quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with
contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
